Spann Avenue

Project Details

The Spann Avenue Urban Development project included ten new construction single family homes and one remodeled duplex. The projects are apart of Fountain Square, a neighborhood in Indianapolis, IN. This projects razed seven uninhabitable homes and utilized the existing platted lots. TKW worked closely with the city planning department, the FSNA neighborhood association to create market ready projects. Home sales ranged in price from $450k – $650K.
